Budget Bookings is a registered sole proprietorship in India, operated entirely by Makarios Chinzah (Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-DL-11-0160571).
By using our travel assistance, itinerary planning, or booking services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1) Services

Budget Bookings acts strictly as an itinerary assistant and booking facilitator. We assist clients in planning, coordinating, and managing travel details for flights, trains, hotels, tours, and car rentals. We do not own, operate, or manage any aircraft, train networks, hotel properties, or rental fleets.

2) THIRD PARTY PROVIDER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

All travel arrangements facilitated by Budget Bookings are provided by third-party suppliers (including but not limited to airlines, railway operators, accommodation providers, and vehicle rental agencies). Budget Bookings acts strictly as an intermediary and is not liable for any travel delays, flight cancellations, luggage loss, injury, illness, or service failures caused by these third-party operators. By utilizing our service, you agree that any disputes, service breakdowns, or compensation claims regarding the actual travel execution must be directed solely to the respective service providers.

3) Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information required to perform the Services. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on information we provide, and for ensuring that our outputs meet your personal or business requirements.

4) SERVICE Fees and Payments

We charge clients a transparent, flat consultation or itinerary coordination fee for our booking assistance services. The actual travel ticket prices are determined by the respective carriers and suppliers. We do not process high-volume independent credit card payments directly through this website; custom payment arrangements or invoicing for our agency coordination fee will be managed individually per client agreement.

IMPORTANT: We will charge a 5% Service Fee on top of the total booking/ticket fee.

5) Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us in advance. Any cancellation charges or refund policies (if applicable) will be discussed at the time of engagement. Delays caused by the client may affect deadlines.

6) GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India

7) Timelines and Delays

We aim to complete Services within the agreed timeline; however, timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including third-party processing delays, approvals, or information provided by the client.

8) No Guarantee

We provide consulting support and do not guarantee outcomes that depend on third parties (such as approvals, verifications, or decisions). Any results depend on external processes and criteria.

9) Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant that all information on the website is complete, current, or error-free.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on this website and materials provided by us (including text, designs, logos, and documents) are owned by Budget Bookings or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse our content without prior written permission.

11) Privacy
