This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Budget Bookings (“we,” “us,” “our”), including assistance related to travel bookings and other consulting services.
We charge an agency service fee of 5% of the total booking/ticket fee (the “Service Fee”). This Service Fee is intended to cover our consultation, coordination, and assistance.
The Service Fee is non-refundable once assistance begins. “Assistance begins” means the moment we start providing support for your request, including communications, planning, processing, or initiating any booking-related steps on your behalf.
Any refunds related to flights, trains, hotels, cars, and other travel products are not processed by us directly as a refund of our Service Fee. Refunds (if available) are entirely subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers (such as airlines, rail operators, hotels, car rental companies, or ticketing platforms).
Provider policies may include cancellation conditions, refund windows, non-refundable rates, service charges, and partial refunds. We will assist you in requesting a provider refund where applicable, but we cannot guarantee any refund amount.
If the booking is marked as non-refundable or subject to strict cancellation terms by the provider, no refund will be available from that provider.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help cover losses related to cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. Travel insurance may help protect your travel investment where applicable provider refunds are limited.
Any refunds processed by providers, where applicable, will be issued according to the provider’s timeline and payment methods. Processing times may vary.
